awarded $150,000 in grant funding.
4. Services Agreement between Grant County (Superior Court) and Mary Jane Castillo, dba Bi -
Lingual Services to provide interpreter services to Superior Court. Term is March 1, 2020
through February 28, 2021.
5. Supported Living/Group Home Exhibit C, Revision No. 200200, on Washington State Department
of Social & Health Services (DSHS) Contract No. 1963-57191 with Grant Integrated Services'
Developmental Disabilities Department.

provision of Individual Supported Employment. The amendment involves budget provisions,
Incident and Abuse Reporting, Individual Supported Employment and Statements of Work.

Individual Supported Employment and Community Access. The amendment involves budget
provisions, Incident and Abuse Reporting, Individual Supported Employment and Statements of
Work.
9. Grant County Vendor Agreement - Amendment (GrIS Developmental Disabilities), Period
January 15, 2020 through June 30, 2021, with SL Start, LLC dba Compass Career Solutions for the
provision of Individual Supported Employment and Community Access. The amendment
involves budget provisions, Incident and Abuse Reporting, Individual Supported Employment
and Statements of Work.
10. Grant County Vendor Agreement - Amendment (GrIS Developmental Disabilities), Period
January 15, 2020 through June 30, 2021, with Service Alternatives for the provision of Individual
Supported Employment and Community Access. The amendment involves budget provisions,
Incident and Abuse Reporting, Individual Supported Employment and Statements of Work.
11. Grant County Vendor Agreement - Amendment (GrIS Developmental Disabilities), Period
January 15, 2020 through June 30, 2021, with Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest for
the provision of Individual Supported Employment and Group Supported Employment. The
amendment involves budget provisions, Incident and Abuse Reporting, Individual Supported
Employment and Statements of Work.
12. Reimbursement Request (A -19-1A) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services,
during January, 2020 in the amount of $228.75 on Washington State Department of Corrections
(DOSA) contract.
