See attached. The budgeted amount for this purchase was $45,000. The RFP requested the largest readerboard possible with a 10mm dot pitch (Very fine) Responses are shown: Ramsay Signs (Spokane) - $44,930 delivered Stewart Signs (Florida) $45,000 delivered LED Sign Supply (Texas) $44,868.48 delivered Columbia Signs (Moses Lake) No bid — On Vendor Roster I request authorization to purchase from Ramsay Signs of Spokane. The sign is a Watchfire which is the same brand the Ephrata Chamber recently installed. They also have the best Warranty and are close enough to Moses Lake to make warranty work accessible. They also provided the best detail with regards to viewing area. Central Services, along with staff at the grounds, will do the installation. Requirements: The readerboard will be used to highlight sponsors, post pictures of contestants, play video of events, etc. The readerboard will need to be Wi-Fi enabled to allow updates and programming. The readerboard needs to utilize 110V 20 or 30 amp power. The readerboard needs to be full color. The readerboard needs to have a 10mm dot pitch. The readerboard needs to withstand a dirty, potentially wet environment. The readerboard needs to be single sided, wall mountable. The readerboard needs to be dimmable. The readerboard needs to utilize windows based programming, preferably cloud based, included with purchase. The proposal needs to include freight If your company has cooperative purchase/state contract agreements for your products, please include your contract number with your proposal. Sales Tax: The proposal must include Sales Tax at the Fairgrounds County rate of 8.2% The budgeted amount, including freight, and sales tax $45,000. The proposal should be based on the largest readerboard size that can be purchased for this budget amount.
