The current condition does not match our current vehicle theme and needs to be updated due to the current paint, and prior agency wording (Police Department) that are faded and chipping. I have contacted 3 vendors that are in the business of vehicle stripping/wrapping. The first one was cwwraps out of Post Falls ID, which provided me with a price of $9,427.75 to wrap the entire vehicle. The second vendor was Signs Now in Moses Lake, which gave me a quote for $14,840.96. The third was signs by Terri in Ephrata which she stated she cannot do what we are in need of. After getting the three bids and due to pricing, we have decided to use cwwraps in Post Falls ID. The money will be used from funds out of the 140 account which has sufficient funds to spend.
