I am requesting the following year-end budget extensions:
Dispute Resolution #136.187 in the amount of $4,000 to cover excess expenses incurred
during 2019.
Technology Services, #501.179 in the amount of $234,000.00 to cover customer supplies
costs that were not budgeted for in 2019 and excess software maintenance costs incurred
during 2019.
Additionally, during the 2019 budget process, we believed that the Fairgrounds operating
transfer could be funded from the County Fair Capital fund (#309) instead of Current Expensej
(#001). Subsequent to loading the budget into the accounting system, we discovered that the
operating transfer could not be funded from the County Fair Capital fund. To correct this, we are
now requesting to transfer the budgeted amount of $322,477.80 from the County Fair Capital
fund to Current Expense.
Thank you for your time and consideration of this request.
Sincerely,
Madeline Prentice
