Quincy.
3. Supported Living/Group Home Exhibit C, Revision 190201, on Washington State Department of
Social & Health Services (DSHS) Contract No. 1763-95888 with Grant Integrated Services'
Developmental Disabilities Department.
4. Amended Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated
Services' Prevention and Recovery Center (PARC), during January, 2019 in the amount of
$26,312.24 on Washington State Department of Social & Health Services Health Care Authority
Contract No. 1763-94250.
5. Anticipating: Amendment to Phoenix Protective Corporation (PPC); Security Service Agreement,
merger of contracts between District Court and Central Services for the period January 1, 2019
expiring January 1, 2021.
6. Anticipating: Interlocal Agreement between Grant Transit Authority and Grant County regarding
Emergency Services for legal framework and establishment of procedures and conditions for
making limited GTA owned vehicles and GTA operators available to Grant County Sheriff's Office
Emergency Management Division (EMD).
7. Anticipating: Resolution Authorizing Executing of Interlocal Agreement with Grant Transit
Authority.
8. Anticipating: Grant County Reimbursement No. 5 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 18-62210-
005 for the period of April 2019, with the Department of Commerce and administered through
OIC of Washington in the amount of $19,124.05.

FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
X7. Request to have the fire detecting and suppression systems for the Law and Justice Building, Jail
and Work Release facilities inspected by Johnson Controls (formerly Simplex Grinnell) in the
amount of $3,794.00. The state contracted cost is through Sourcewell and is in their budget.

their new EOC office. Funding will come from two grants: a Homeland Security Grant and Law
Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Activity funding grant nos. E17-074 for the FY 2016 and E18-
160 for the FY2017.
