2. Budget extension request in the amount of $90,521.00 from 511.181 Interfund Communication
to 001.000 Current Expense, to move Interfund funds into Current Expense.
3. Budget extension in the amount of $761,151.00 from 114.156 Tourism Fund to LTAC Fund
134.185, to move the cash balance from Tourism Fund into LTAC Fund.

15. Special occasion liquor license application for Ridge Riders and their event to be held at 22206
Alcan Rd NE, Grand Coulee on May 12-13, 2023, from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis
Board.
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
16. Budget amendment request to utilize $1,,010.01 of $1,495.00- 2023 budget monies approved for
the purchase NFPA Subscription to support the purchase of a 2023 budgeted copier. The copier
was initially approved in the amount of $17,751.00 but did not include shipping. The new total
of the copier is $19,242.08. The remaining $481.07 will be paid from the Development Services
Building budget.

17. Authorization for the Director to DocuSign Washington State Department of Commerce Federal
Grant with New Hope through Housing Division, Grant No. 23-46306-009 for Youth
Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP),, Youth Lead Project in the amount of $30.,487.00.
Term of agreement is March 23, 2023, through October 31, 2023.

18. Customer Agreement with FP Mailing Solutions for a new mail meter and base. Term of the
agreement is 5 years at the price of $32.95 a month.
19. Request to Transfer 2022 Ford F150 from the Fire Marshall to Development Services. Vehicle
was previously approved and purchased for the Fire Marshal in the 2022 budget but due to long
delivery time was not delivered until 2023 and was not budgeted for. Development Services
budgeted for a new.'vehicle purchase to replace vehicle #0669 in 2023 and they have requested
this vehicle.
20. Recommendation to award Idaho Fence the Grant Orchards Project in the amount of
$51,000.00. Award letter will be signed upon approval.
21. Dedication Deed for Road 9 SW from Eilers Land, LLC (Grantor) to Grant County, WA (Grantee).,
for parcel No. 210313000, 210314000, and 0210316000.
