1. Possible vouchers -for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc.
2. Port of Mattawa request for extension of time on Strategic Infrastructure Project (SIP) 2018-11,
Sentinel Gap Industrial & Commercial Water Study 2018. Original deadline was August 20, 2018,
first extension was requested and approved on August 12, 2019 for a November 4, 2019
completion date. The Port of Mattawa now requests an extension of completion to January 3,
2020.
3. Professional Services Agreement for Legal Representation of Indigent Individuals in Grant
County Superior Court (Adult Felony Only), Conflicts/Overflow Contractor, between Grant
County and Karen Lindholdt. Term is October 151 2019 through December 31, 2020.
4. "Anticipating" 2020-2022 Davis Shows NW, Inc. Agreement with Grant County for the provision
of shows, amusement rides, games and concessions during the Grant County Fair. Term is from
date of final signature through August 20, 2022 (for August Fairs in 2020, 2021 and 2022).
5. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services,
during June and October, 2019 in the amount of $10,000 on Washington State Department of
Health Care Authority Contract No. K3376.
6. BOCC signature on Appointment and Oath of Office of Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney
between Garth Dano, elected Prosecuting Attorney for Grant County, and Christopher F. Ries,
Attorney, of Ries Law Firm. P.S. to serve as Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney to perform and
render legal assistance and advise to Darryl Pheasant, Grant County, Treasurer.
7. "Anticipating" BOCC Signature on Appointment and Oath of Office of Special Deputy
Prosecuting Attorney between, Garth Dano, elected Prosecuting Attorney for Grant County, and
Anthony Menke of Menke Jackson Beyer, LLP to serve as a Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney
to perform and render legal assistance and counsel regarding labor law, employment law and
personnel matters, and such other matters and proceedings Ias required by the Prosecuting
Attorney or designee. Term is from date of final signature through December 31, 2020.
