The Grant County Commissioners session began at 9:00 a.m. with all Commissioners in attendance.
9:00 a.m. — 9:20 a.m. J Hammond., ASC Update and Misc BOCC Action (Items 1 through 6)
A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Carter., to approve items 1
through 6 on the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously.
1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. (Approved)
2. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services,.
during September,, 2019 in the amount of $457.50 on Washington State Department of
Corrections (DOSA) contract. (Approved)
3. Reimbursement Request #3 on Washington State Department of Commerce Consolidated
Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 20-46108-10, administered through Grant County Housing Authority
in the amount of $36,652.85. (Approved)
4. Filing Fee Surcharge Distribution Agreement between Grant County and the Columbia Basin
Dispute Resolution Center for distributing funds obtained by the County through a surcharge on
civil filing fees in District Court and on small claims actions, to support the efforts of an alternate
dispute resolution center (RCW 7.75.035). Term is January 1, 2020 through December 31., 2020.

5. Resubmittal of Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated
Services' Prevention and Recovery Center (PARC), during May., 2019 in the amount of
$15.,973.90 on Washington State Health Care Authority Contract No. 1763-94250. (Approved)
6. Contract with Basin Refrigeration and Heating Inc. for replacement of an Air Conditioning and
furnace for the Grant County Health District building located at 1038 W Ivy Street in Moses Lake
and two carrier rooftop units at the District Court Building located at 1525 Wheeler Road in
Moses Lake (Project# FM1912). (Approved)

owner and contractor) with Blew's Construction for the Road District No. 3 Shop Repair in Quincy,
for the contract amount of $1,,501,.250.00. (Approved)

A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Taylor to close the
public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendanc e.
Commissioner Carter moved to declare these vehicles as surplus and ordering the sale thereof.
Commissioner Taylor seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
