1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc.
2. Amendment No. 2 to the 2017-2019 Biennium Contract No. K1814 between Washington State
Conservation Commission and Grant County for Voluntary Stewardship Program. The additional
amount is $18,450.
3. Memorandum of Agreement between Washington State University Extension and Grant County
(aka Appendix A), for the period January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 to provide an
extension program and funding in the amount of $103,541.00.
4. Anticipating: 2019 Agreement Regarding Use of County Property for Public Purpose between
Grant County and Ephrata Farmers Market for utilization of a portion of the Courthouse and
surrounding area, etc. Term is June 1, 2019 through October 26, 2019.
5. Reimbursement Request #21 on Washington State Department of Commerce on Consolidated
Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 17-46108-10, administered through Grant County Housing Authority,
in the amount of $33,125.98.
6. 2019 Agreement Regarding Use of County Property for Public Use between Grant County and
the Autism Society of Grant County on Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
7. Anticipating: Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated
Services, during March, 2019 in the amount of $686.25 on Washington State Department of
Corrections (DOSA) contract.

Special occasion liquor license application for Ridge Riders Inc. and their event at their rodeo
grounds in Grant Coulee on May 10 and 11, 2019; and Sagebrush Seniors of Grant County and
their event at their senior center in Mattawa on May 4, 2019, from the Washington State Liquor
and Cannabis Board.

TREASURER'S OFFICE
7. Application from Dennis Chesnakov for Resale of Tax Title property for Parcel No. 15-2028-000
with a starting bid of $500.00. The Treasurer recommends approval of the offer and allow them
to be sold at public auction.
VETERANS SERVICES
8. Letters of re -appointment to Filberto Rivera, Eileen Boylston and Mark Owens to the Veterans
Advisory Board for another four (4) year term beginning March 15, 2019 through March 14,
2023.
CENTRAL SERVICES
k 9. Budget extension request in the amount of $12,320.15 to reimburse Central Services for the
expenditure of getting repaired the Fairgrounds Peterbuilt dump truck, completed by Western
Peterbuilt. Funding would come from Current Expense.
