AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
2. Request to increase Washington Trust County -Issued credit card limit from $250,.000.00 to
$300,.000.00.
3. Budget extension request for the anticipated expenses for the new county morgue in the total
amount of $750,000 ($375,000.00 from 126.168 REET #1, and $375,000.00 from 137.178 REET
#2)
CENTRAL SERVICES
4. Request to proceed with McKinistry to perform the necessary repairs to the Harwood Fire
Suppression System. Estimated cost of repair is $6,,905.00.
5. Request to proceed with McKinistry to perform necessary repairs to the Law and Justice building
Air Handler Unit without completing the usual bidding practice due to the emergent need of
repairs.

8. Purchase order/lease in the amount of $34,884.00 to update our IMI Postage Meter with United
States Postal Services (USPS) under State Contract NASPO/ValuePoint # ADSP016-
169901/Addendum 05516 (WA)).
9. Special occasion liquor license for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and their event at Grant
County Fairgrounds on April 1, 2023, from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
10. Reimbursement request from the Housing Authority of Grant County on the Department of
Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program (ERAP 2.0) Grant No. 21-4619C-108, in the amount
of $225,836.99 for February 2023 expenses.
11. Reimbursement request from the Housing Authority of Grant County on the Consolidated
Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 22-46108-10, in the amount of $37,463.32 for February 2023
expenses.
12. Grant County Economic Development Council 2023 Municipal Services Agreement in the
amount of $60,000.00 for services from the Building Prosperity project. Term is January 1, 2023
through December 31, 2023.

13. Out -of -State travel request for Alma Farias to attend the NADCP RISE2023! Conference in
Houston, TX. Dates of travel are June 24, 2023, through June 30, 2023. Total cost of travel is
$3,800.00.

14. Request to purchase herbicide/pesticide from Wilbur Ellis. Total cost of purchase is $14,777.80
and will be funded from Fairgrounds Chemical budget line 3105, utilizing a State Contract.
PROSECUTING ATTORNEY
15. Request to purchase a Sharp BP -70M31 copier and a Sharp BP -70M45 Copier from Kelly
Connect. Total cost of purchase is approximately $ 12,885.40. Purchases were previously
approved in the 2023 Capital Outlay 121.163 budget for $11,,100.00 but prices have since
increased. The remaining $1,,785.40 will be funded from 001.109.
PURLIC WORKS
16. Request to transfer a 2016 Ford Explorer, vehicle No. 7086, from ER&R in the amount of
$5,000.00 to Superior Court Drug Court. This was approved in the 2023 Capital Expenditures.
17. Recommendation to award the 2023 Asphalt Materials project to Central Manufacturing, Inc for
items 2A in the amount of $64.00 per ton and 2B in the amount of $66.00 per ton as well as
Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc for items 1A in the amount of $505.00 per ton and 113 in the
amount of $ 505.00 per ton. Upon approval, award letters will be signed.
18. Authorization to create CRP #2023-03 for the Patton & Loring Signal Upgrade 2023 ACP item #6
miscellaneous projects.
19. Authorization to call for bids for the Patton Boulevard & Loring Drive Signal Project. Bid opening
will take place May 02, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at Public Works.
20. Authorization for State Contract 2023 budgeted purchase ACP item #6 miscellaneous projects
CRP #2023-03, replacement signal cabinet and controller, upgrade traffic signal lighting, loop
detection and replace pedestrian crossing buttons at the Patton & Loring intersection. Estimated
cost is $57,000.00.
21. Resolution in the matter of closing the Mattawa drop box site. Board approved the closure of
the Mattawa site on January 31, 2023.
22. Quincy -Columbia Basin Irrigation District Columbia Basin Project, Washington License/Interlocal
Agreement for the removal of Road Building Materials to remove up to 50,000 tons of crushed
aggregate from the Q-18 (Hilltop/George) Materials site, described as the Northeast quarter
section 22, Township 18, Range 23, E.W.M., Parcel #150445000. Term of agreement is upon
signature for 5 years.

23. Out-of-state travel request for Crystal Cruz and Ryan Boldman to attend CADCA Mid -Year
Training in Dallas, TX. Dates of travel are July 15, 2023, through July 21, 2023. Cost of travel is
$3,,582.77 per traveler for a total of $7,,165.54.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
24. Amendment No. 1 to Master License and Services Agreement. between Homewav,. LLC and
Grant County (WA) Sheriff's Office. Amendment includes additional equipment, services, and
extending term through June 9, 2028.
25. Out-of-state travel request for John Wallace to attend Northwest Polygraph Examiners Annual
Conference in Newport, OR. Dates of travel are June 25, 2023, through June 30, 2023. Total cost
of travel is $2,374.85.
TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
26. Purchase order No. 455 in the amount of $5,988.00 to ArchiveSocial (ACHSC) for the social
media archiving annual subscription.
