1:50 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the following
items surplus:

Jeff Tincher, Public Works Director stated that these items will be disposed of via the state
online auction. Also, the grader will be sold "as -is", it was not worth the amount to fix it. Public
Works recommends approval of this surplus.
A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Carter to close the
public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
Commissioner Stevens moved to approve the recommendation of the Public Works Director and
surplus the items as presented. Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed with 2
Commissioners in attendance. The hearing adjourned.
