To whom it may concern.,
My name is Ashfie I am the Assistant Shelter Coordinator at Grant County Animal Outreach. Every year
we hold our Spayghetti dinner with live and silent auctions. For the year of 2020 we are looking for a
new, larger venue and where hoping we might be able to use the 4h building. We where also hoping
that we might be able to get the fees waived, We are a registered 501(c)3 organization and donations
are tax deductible. Any help we could get would be amazing as we are hoping to make this our biggest
dinner yed
We are planning on holding the dinner on February 8th from 6-9prn. We start with a silent auction and
then move on to dinner. The traditional dinner we supply is a salad to start the spaghetti and garlic
bread followed by a dessert or two. Once everyone Is sitting we begin with an introduction and then
start our live auction. The auction is usually over and cleaned up by around 930pm.

Re: Possible use of 4h building
We currently just provide a 20°x® discount to non profits in building rentals. We do 15-20 non profit events now
so giving one a different discount sets a dangerous precedent.
We also need to see if it is even available
We should stick to our policies to recoup our costs,
Jim
