4. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified bythe auditing officer as required by RCW42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.

5.Budget extension request inthe total amount �$35,300.00 for the. following funds: Affordable
Housing Fund #129 in the amount of $5,000.00 and the Homeless Housing fund #130 in the
amount of$3[l3OO.00. There was more revenue received from recordings then anticipated for
the 2O19budget.
SHERIFF"S OFFICE,
G.Budget extension request inthe amount of $25,217.47 toreceive US Department of Homeland
Security grant funds through the State Emergency Management Division #E19-110 for FY2018 to
purchase new office furniture, ceiling speakers, three (3) TV's and speakers, and
antennas/cabling for the ham radios tobeinstalled. Also, arequest topurchase new lighting,
tables and chairs for their new Emergency Operations Center in the Law and Justice Building in
the amount of$13,7OO.O1from Platt Electrical Supply and Business Interiors using previously
approved Capital Outlay funds.
