Center Child Centered Services VOCA Initiative. Amendment is to budget categories, no increase
or decrease in grant amount.
3. Anticipating: Addendum to Professional Services Agreement for Legal Representation of
Indigent Individuals in Grant County District Court, between Grant County and Patrick Earl that
was signed on December 17, 2018. Amendment is necessary to match the monthly installments
to the total amount for the year.
4. Anticipating: Resolution Authorizing Executing of Interlocal Agreement between Grant County
(Public Works) and Adams County for future maintenance and improvement to the County
Roads lying on the boundary between Grant and Adams Counties.
5. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services'
Prevention and Recovery Center (PARC), during October 2018 in the amount of $6,152.38 on
Washington State Department of Corrections (DOSA) contract.

5. County Road Administration Board (CRAB) Certification of the 2018 Road Levy and Estimated
Revenue Period.
�,A. Authorization to Call for Bids for the Curve Signs Safety Project on various county roads with a
bid opening date of February 19, 2019 at 1:30 pm.
\/7. Declaration of Emergency for the Road District #3, Quincy Shop Fire that occurred between
January 9 —10, 2019. Per RCW 39.04.280 they request to waive all competitive bidding
requirements to hire a contractor to complete and expedite the remediation of fire/smoke
damage.
,/8. Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 19 -002 -CC Notice of Hearing for the vacation of Roads 24 -
NE and P -NE located Sections 34 and 35 of T23N R29E WM AND Sections 02 T22N R29E WM.
The public hearing date is being changed to February 19, 2019 at 1:45 p.m.

at the Fairgrounds on March 8, 2019, from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
+� 5. Resolution to declare surplus Parcel #071945000 Lot 9, Block 15 and Parcel #071946000 Lot 10,
Block 15, both of the Schawana Plat. If approved, the Treasurer will sell these parcels at a
surplus auction. The Commissioners set the minimum bid at $1,300 per parcel.
6. Letter of re -appointment for Marge Steinmetz to the Law Enforcement Officer and Fire Fighter
(LEOFF-1) Disability Board.

7. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those

credit limits as needed, to Michele Jaderlund, Auditor.
