negotiation (if eligible) or for advertising for re -sale of Grant County 'Fax Title property described as

COUNTY OF GRANT ) ss:
WHEREAS, the real property, described in the attached "Application for Re -sale of Tax 'Title Property',
was heretofore acquired by the County of Grant, State of Washington, for delinquent taxesundertax foreclosure
suit, and a deed for said real property was duly and regularly executed and delivered to said County by the County
Treasurer in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington: and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of said County deem it for the best interest of said
County to sell said real property herein before described.
Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered by the Board of County Commissioners of said County that the County
Treasurer be and is hereby directed to advertise and sell at public sale to the highest bidder either for all cash on the
day of sale and the County Treasurer to issue deed to the property as described in application. It is further ordered
that each unit of said described property shall not be sold for less than the minimum price as specified in application
on front page.

in a weekly newspaper published in said County for three consecutive publications. This notice shall set forth the
property to be sold, together with the time and place of said sale, which shall be between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m.
and 4 o'clock p.m., on a date to be fixed by the County Treasurer and to be held at the front door of the Court House
at Ephrata, Grant County, Washington. Said sale may be adjourned from day to day by public announcement of said
County Treasurer at the time and place designated in such notice of sale.

Enclosed are Application for Resale of Tax Title Property for parcel 06-0584-000. The offer is for a
starting bid of 700.00. The Assessed Value of this parcel totals $4,000 and the offer to purchase is lower
than the total assessed value on the attachment. This parcel was in our recent tax title sale in July last
year in our online auction and we did not get it sold there. This parcel is in an undeveloped area in the
City of Warden which is many plat blocks away from an actual street. The applicant is has a smaller
parcel next to this parcel. RCW 36.35.150 allows us to do a direct negotiation with the applicant for not
less than the principal amount of the unpaid taxes when no acceptable bids were received at the
attempted public auction that was within the last 12 months. This parcel qualifies for such option. We
would not be required to have a public auction on this and process the deed upon payment of the offer.
My recommendation is for you to approve this offer using the private negotiation allowance so we can
get this parcel back on the tax roll.
