The motion passed unanimously. 1. Adoption of the Winter Maintenance Policy. (Approved). 2. Request to purchase Propane through the Department of Enterprise Services (DES) Contract #02318 (formerly 01709). (Approved). 3. Recommendation from the County Road Engineer for the acceptance of Road G -NE from the Port of Moses Lake and incorporate it as part of the county road system. (Approved). 4. Resolution No. 21 -023 -CC in the matter of transferring jurisdiction of Road G -NE from the Port of Moses Lake and incorporate it as part of the county road system. (Approved). 5. Resolution No. 21 -026 -CC Notice of Hearing for Vacating unbuilt right-of-way and alley, Blk 7 Trinidad Plat (Brissey). The hearing was scheduled for April 27, 2021 at 1:30 pm. (Approved). 6. Resolution No. 21 -025 -CC Rescinding Notice of Hearing Resolution No. 21 -016 -CC for Vacating RoadLog 21608 Park Place and adjacent easement. This hearing was being withdrawn (Approved). 7. Resolution No. 21 -024 -CC Notice of Hearing for Vacating unbuilt alley Blk 6 Fordair. The hearing was scheduled for April 27, 2021 at 1:30 pm. (Approved). 8. Request to purchase equipment not on the 2021 Equipment Expense Program through State Contract: one (1) 2021 Ford Police Interceptor in the amount of $46,,537.20 (including tax) from Bud Clary Ford/Hundai utilizing the Department of Enterprise Services contract #05916. (Approved). 9. Request to purchase equipment parts and repairs for their Wester Star dump truck (#3080) at Road District #3. This will be completed by Freightliner Northwest of Spokane in the amount of $6.,967.18. (Approved). 10. Resolution No. 21 -022 -CC Rescinding Resolution No. 21 -017 -CC Declaring Surplus Vehicles and setting a new hearing date of April 24, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. (Approved). Item 5 was amended to a lesser amount and item 15 was once again held for further review. The motion passed unanimously. COMMISSIONERS OFFICE 1. Commissioners Office and Public Defense Vouchers for approval. (Approved) 2. Multi Agency Communications Center (MACC) Claims Payment Request for Batch 09-12 in the amount of $63,728.10. (Approved). 3. State of Washington Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Contract Closeout Report for No. 19-62210-005 Amendment A, subrecipients were OIC of Washington and the Grant County Health District. (Approved). 4. City of George request for extension of time on Strategic Infrastructure Project (SIP) 2019-04, Well No. 3 Generator, from May 13, 2021 to December 31, 2021. (Approved). 5. Reimbursement #2, Request #2 on Washington State Department of Commerce Emergency Solutions Grant #20-4613C-100, administered through the City of Moses Lake, in the amount of $21 :inn (),2 $25.,282.25. (Approved). 6. Reimbursement #3, Request #3 on Washington State Department of Commerce Emergency Solutions Grant #20-4613C-100, administered through the City of Moses Lake, in the amount of $27.,733.69. (Approved). AUDITOR'S OFFICE 7. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (Approved in the amounts of $40,,373.42 and $1,,197,,065.75). TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 8. Purchase Order No. 353 to Adobe in the amount of $27,889.15 for the maintenance of the Creative Cloud. (Approved). 9. Purchase Order No. 354 to Ednetics in the amount of $75,771.31 for the Firewall Core Network Upgrade and Cisco Umbrella Managed Services. The Cisco Umbrella Managed Service Agreement and Firewall and Core Network Upgrade/Scope of Work were signed. (Approved). FAIRGROUNDS 10. Letter of appointment for Janet Eckenberg to the Fair Advisory Committee fora 3 -year term beginning March 23, 2021 through March 22, 2024. (Approved). Request to purchase microphones in the amount of $7,492.52 from Ednetics for the WebEx room kits that are being installed at the courthouse complex. (Approved). GRANT INTEGRATED SERVICES 12. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services, during February 2021 in the amount of $457.50 on Washington State Department of Corrections (DOSA) contract. (Approved). 13. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services through the Youth Marijuana Prevention and Education Program contract, during February 2021, in the amount of $1,633.70 to the Grant County Health District. (Approved). FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE 14. Request for the furnace replacement at the Moses Lake Juvenile Court and Youth Services facility in the amount of $8,952.00. Lowest bidder was Basin Refrigeration and heating. This was approved in the Capital Expenditure budget for $2,.400.00 so the remining balance will be paid for using Interior Improvements funding. (Approved). FAIRGROUNDS 15. Held from the March 16, 2021 Consent Agenda: Request to enter into contract with Right Choice Painting and Ribellia Mobile Blasting for the blasting and painting of the water tank in the rodeo grounds. There was only one (1) bid received for the project (both companies on the same bid) for the amount of $16,616.81. The budgeted amount is $7,,500.00; the director has the additional funds to use from another capital project. (Held for further review).
