The contractor will provide to department quarterly progress,, revocation and termination
reports as outlined:
Quarterly Reports on youth's progress in treatment including

* Youth's compliance with re
quirements
* Treatment activities
* Progress in treatment
Revocation Reports
o Dates of attendance
