RE: Sale of Tax Title parcels through Private Negotiation 01-1319-000, 01-1320-000
I received a Tax Title application for an offer to purchase parcels 01-1319-000 and 01-1320-000 for
$3,600.00. These two parcels were in last year's Tax Title sale offered at 3200.00 together but did not
get bid on. As allowed under RCW 36.35.150(1), 1 would like to deed these parcels for the cost of deed,
affidavit fees and recording fees and their offer through private negotiation instead of going through the
public auction process to get these parcels back on the tax rolls. Please approve our ability to start
private negotiations as allowed by law get these back on our tax rolls.
Sincerely,
e
