Amendment C adds language to Scope of Work.
COMMERCE, defined as the Department of Commerce, and the Grantee, as defined above, acknowledge and accept the terms of
this Grant As Amended and attachments and have executed this Grant Amendment on the date below to start as of the date and year
referenced above. The rights and obligations of both parties to this Grant As Amended are governed by this Grant Amendment and
the following other documents incorporated by reference: Grant Terms and Conditions including Attachment "A"— Scope of
Work, Attachment "B" — Budget, Attachment "C" — Washington State COVID-19 Emergency Housing Grant Guidelines, and
Attachment D, Grantee's Plan. A copy of this Grant Amendment shall be attached to and made a part of the original Grant between
CO RCE and the Grant . Any reference in the original Grant to the "Grant" shall mean the "Grant as Amended".

The parties acknowledge and agree that the shelters purchased with funds under this Grant are currently
located on leased property, and may be relocated to other property owned or leased by the City of Moses Lake
or another public entity in Grant County. Grantee shall ensure that the shelters are made available and will
continue to be used to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak related to public health needs of people
experiencing homelessness or otherwise in need of quarantine or isolation housing due to the COVID-19
outbreak, as needed for the duration of the COVID-19 emergency. After the COVID-19 emergency ends the
Grantee will ensure the shelters are used for the duration of their useful life for emergency purposes and/or to
shelter people experiencing homelessness.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
