(CDBG) Public Services grant from the subrecipient, OIC of Washington, for Washington State
Department of Commerce Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant funds
Contract No. 20-62210-005 in the amount of $18,,871.24 for use in Energy Assistance.
✓% Amendment C to the Washington State Department of Commerce, Community Services and
Housing Division, Housing Assistance Unit Contract No. 316-46108-10 for COVID-19 Outbreak
Emergency Housing Grant in the amount of $388,462.00. The amendment adds language to the
Scope of Work.
AUDITOR'S OFFICE
�8. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
Request to establish a new fund #511 titled "Interfund Communication" for postage and
delivery costs. Currently Interfund Communications has Fund #001.129 and it was determined
that a new stand alone fund should be created (out of Current Expense). If approved, they
request a transfer of the Interfund budget to this new fund.
;./'10. Budget extension request in the amount of $235,000.00 for Fund #141— Affordable and
Supportive Housing to account for the payment of 2020 tax credits paid in 2021($215k) and the
additional amount that is anticipated to be received in 2021 tax credits ($20k).

x,/11. Request to purchase food for a Non -Violent Communication training event on May 5, 2021.

,/12. Request to continue the Keyless Access project (Lenel Access Control) for three (3) additional
doors at the Moses Lake Wheeler Road facility. The project cost is $13,826.02 completed by
Convergint using REET 1 funds (126.168).
CENTRAL SERVICES
13. Request for out of state travel for one Commissioner, Sheriff Tom Jones, Undersheriff Ryan
Rectenwald, Chief Deputy Joe Kriete, Kevin Schmidt — Maintenance Manager, and Tom Gaines —
Central Services Director, to travel to Jacksonville FL approximately June 14-17, 2021 to visit and
see the operations of jails and facilities that closely resemble the jail they plan to build in Grant
County.
