11. Reimbursement request #19 from Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on Department of
Commerce CV -1 Grant No. 20-6221C-111 in the amount of $20,,211.66 for October 2022 expenses.
12. Amendment D on the Washington State Department of Commerce Housing Division Homelessness
Assistance Unite (HAU) Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 22-46108-10. Amendment purpose
adds CHG eviction prevention funds in the amount of $812,281.00.
13. Request for release of funds of the 2nd installment on Strategic Improvement Project (SIP) # 2019-
10 Port of Royal Slope, Waterline Extension East to Eldorado Stone in the amount of $26,,600.00 of
grant funds.
PUBLIC DEFENSE
14. 2023-2024 Professional Services Agreement Interpreter with Jose Castillo dba "Acento" for a two-
year term beginning January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2024.
PUBLIC WORKS
15. Termination of Lease Agreement (Permit #70-011162) between Curtis Cole and Grant County for
right of Ingress and Egress to Warden Quarry Stockpile Site located in the SE quarter of S 19, T 17
N,R30E,WM.
16. Recommendation to award the Broom Wafers 2023 project to Ironclad Company in the amount of
$16.,113.00 (not including sales tax). This will be funded from 101.000.00.0000.542673100.
17. Budget extension request in the amount of $12,,000.00 to purchase SmartGov License seats for
permitting purposes. This will be funded from 101.000.00.0000.543314900.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
18. Agreement between Grant County and MAO Pharmacy Inc., dba "Westwood Pharmacy", to provide
comprehensive pharmaceutical care services for the Grant County Jail. Term of agreement is
January 3, 2023 for (1) one-year with the option of (3) three (1) one-year renewals if agreeable by
both parties.
19. Revised out-of-state travel request for Phillip Coats, Josh Sainsbury, Joey Kriete, and John McMillan
to travel to Jacksonville, FL between the dates of February 7-11, 2022 for jail tours. The revision
adds one day of travel for each individual, changes the departure city for Joey I<riete and John
McMillian, as well as increases in overall price from $4,086.00 to $5,355.20.

20. Interlocal Investment Services Agreement between Grant County and the City of Quincy for the
purpose of investing monies provided by the Local Government into the Pool on its behalf. Term of
agreement is upon filing date through December 31, 2027.
21. Interlocal Investment Services Agreement between Grant County and the Columbia Basin
Hydropower for the purpose of investing monies provided by the Local Government into the Pool
on its behalf. Term of agreement is upon filing date through December 31, 2027.
