Request to change County Mileage reimbursement rate from $0.625 per mile to $0.655 per mile. CENTRAL SERVICES 18. Request to dedicate land generally located within Section 22, Township 21 North, Range 26 East W.M., City of Ephrata, Grant County, WA, parcel no. 160866002 and 160866003 for a public right- of-way to construct a gravel road for the new jail. PUBLIC DEFENSE 19. 2023-2024 Professional Services Agreement Interpreter with Mary Jane Castillo for a one-year term beginning January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2024. PUBLIC WORKS 20. Execution of Contracts between Grant County and Deatley Crushing for the 2022 Crushing and Stockpiling project. Contract amount is $1,497,650.00. 21. Budget transfer in the amount of $27,101.53 from fund 401— Solid Waste to cover the purchase of a Landfill Hydroseeder from Thompson Equipment Co. Contract Amendment No. 2 for CPWI Prevention Services with Health Care Authority on contract No. K5536. Amendment reflects the change in name from "Dedicated Marijuana Account" to "Dedicated Cannabis Account." Clarification was also made regarding the 45 -day invoicing requirements and standardize all the CPWI contracts. 23. Professional Services Agreement (Letter of Agreement) with Ingenium Healthcare Advisors for strategic planning and leadership services for 15 managers and supervisors at Renew in the amount of $105,000.00., plus the responsibility of lodging and airfare for onsite visits. Term of agreement is upon signature for 3 years. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 24. Request to purchase a FirstDefender RM S1 Handheld Chemical Identification System from Federal Resources Supply Company in the amount of $58,303.35. This will be purchased from 001.114.00.0934.594256400. This was authorized for purchase in 2022 but was received and invoiced after the end -of -the -year spending deadline had passed. 25. Washington State Military Department Contract No. E23-044 with Grant County dba Grant County Sheriff's Office, Emergency Management Division in the amount of $44,601.00 to provide Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council (EFSEC) pass-through dollars (SFY 2023) for the county to conduct radiological emergency preparedness program duties relating to the Columba Generating Station nuclear power plant. Term of agreement is July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. 26. Washington State Military Department Contract No. E23-094 with Grant County dba Grant County Sheriff's Office, Emergency Management Division in the amount of $13,905,347.00 to provide pass- through funding on Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2022 Homeland Security Grant Program (22HSGP) which funds state, local, and territorial efforts to prevent terrorism and prepare the nation for threats and hazards that pose the greatest risk to the security of the United States. 27. Interlocal Agreement Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team (INET) Contract No. K17636, between Grant County, Washington State Patrol, and the Quincy Police Department to detect and apprehend illegal drug manufacturers and traffickers, disseminate information related to illegal drug activity, and maintain a cooperative effect among the county's criminal just agencies in the areas of illegal drugs, gangs, etc. Term of agreement is January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2025. 28. Budget extension request in the amount of $6,000.00 for the purchase of a trailer to carry their approved 2023 Capital Expenditures: Qty. 2Sea-Doo watercrafts. The original amount approved was $33,153.18 and additional funds are needed (Fund# 142-001). This purchase will be made from Experience Powersports. SUPERIOR COURT 29. Budget extension request in the amount of $4,.500.00 from the Dedicated Drug Court Fund Revenue Account 123.001 to the Expense Account 123.001.00.0000.512213100 Office & Operation Supplies. Out-of-state travel request for Tifini Fairbanks to attend Treatment Court Coordinators Training in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Dates of travel are March 26, 2023, through March 31, 2023, in the amount of $2,779.40. If approved, this will need to be funded from a budget extension from Law and Justice Funds 127.169.00.0000.308000000. 32. Out-of-state travel request for Jamie Mullenix to attend Treatment Court Coordinators Training in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Dates of travel are March 26, 2023, through March 31, 2023, in the amount of $2,439.40.
