Agreement amending Washington State Department of Commerce Treasury Rent
Assistance Unity Grant No. 21-4616C-108 (T -RAP) Subrecipient Agreement between
Grant County and Hopesource signed the 20th day of April, 2021. Agreement amends the
end date of the contract to October 15, 2021, as well as decreases the maximum total
amount payable to the subrecipient by $277.,022.79 for a new total of $273,582.21.

�..� 6. Agreement amending Washington State Department of Commerce Eviction Rent
Assistance Program (E -RAP) 2.0 No. 21-4619C-108 Subrecipient Agreement between
Grant County and Hopesource signed the 91" day of November, 2021. Agreement is
amending the total amount payable to the subrecipient by increasing it by $277,022.79
for a new total of $1,.034,,037.79.
�,- 7. Special occasion liquor license application for Puget Sound Outcast Derby and their
event to be held at Hollywood Roll, 19297 Adams St. NW, Soap Lake, WA 98851 on June
4, 2022.
8. U.S. Department of the Treasury Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund Award for
American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. Term of agreement is on the date hereof
through December 31, 2026.
9. Reimbursement request from Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on the
Department of Commerce CDBG CV -1 Grant No. 20-6221C-111 in the amount of
$3.,863.58 for December 2021 expenses.

17. Out of state travel request for Becky Garcia to attend the Annual Crimes Against
Children Conference in Dallas, Texas August 7-12, 2022. Cost of travel is $1,470.00 due
to receiving a $1,500.00 scholarship. This does not include $650 registration fee that is
going to be pre -paid by State Coalition through a scholarship.
18. Out of state travel request for Sara Macdonald to attend the Annual Crimes Against
Children Conference in Dallas, Texas August 7-12, 2022. Cost of travel is
$628.00 due to receiving a $1,500.00 scholarship. This does not include $650
registration fee that is going to be pre -paid by State Coalition through a scholarship.
19. Out of state travel request for Trisha Glenn to attend the Annual Crimes Against
Children Conference in Dallas, Texas August 7-121 2022. Cost of travel is $1,128.00 due

20. Hearing to consider a reduction of the speed limit on Moore Road,
where the speed limit is currently 40 mph down to 25 mph.

22. Out of state travel request for Dale Weaver, Heidi Pinckard, Fernando Galarza, Dayana
Ruiz, and Jimmy Garcia to attend the West Coast Symposium on Addictive Disorders.
Cost of travel is $2,206.56 per traveler for a total cost of 11,032.80. Funding sources for
these travel requests are the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant as
well as the Mental Health Block Grant.
23. Amendment to the UnitedHealthcare of Washington, Inc. Group Participation
Agreement. Amendment adds the payment appendix/fee schedule for WISE services.
Amendment is effective June 1, 2022.

24. Request to surplus an electric GEM Cart VIN # 5ASAJ27487F043154, Grant County asset
tag No. 1033-10001 and a 2014 Carry Utility Trailer VIN # 4YMUL1017DN010229, Grant
County asset tag No. 104682. This item will be given to Grant County Fire District 10, for
no cost for use by their maintenance department.
25. Request to surplus Glock 21 duty pistol Serial No. LGF204, Grant County asset tag No.
105183 to Chief Deputy Ken Jones in the amount of $400.00.
26. Request to dispose/destroy 45 Kenwood TK3160 Portable Radios. These radios have no
value and the technology is outdated. These will be destroyed at the Spokane Solid
Waste Disposal Incinerator.
