for the housing of a Superior Court Clerk in Benton County for the State v. Nickels trial.
Rental agreement amount is $3,150.00 per month.

the amount $15,166.00 plus tax and freight. This was approved in the 2022 capita

15. Local Agency Agreement and Local Agency Federal Aid Project Prospectus between
Grant County and the Washington State Department of Transportation to implement
the preliminary phase for Dodson Road Overlay Project, Phase 2, 3, and 4. This project
will resurface the existing Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavement with HMA overlay. Total
project cost estimate is $60,000.00.

16. Group Participating Provider Agreement with UnitedHealthcare of Washington Inc. fee
for service agreement for services.
17. Amendment to the Participating Provider Agreement between County of Grant dba
Renew and Amerigroup Washington, Inc. for their Foundational Community Support
(FCS) program for Supported Housing effective May 1, 2022.
-� 18. Amendment #15 to Beacon Facility Agreement with Beacon Health Options, Inc.
effective January 1, 2022. This agreement amends multiple sections of the agreement.
19. Request to purchase PAX GBG 4t" Ed. Foundational Virtual Training as well as PAX Good
Behavior Game Teacher Kit from PAXIS Institute in the amount of $12,595.00. PAXIS
Master Services Agreement for Client Success will be signed upon approval.
SUPERIOR COURT
y- 20. Out of state travel request for Tifini Fairbanks to attend Drug Court training in Nashville,
TN, July 24-28, 2022. Total cost of travel is $2,763.86 to be paid for by the Office of
Justice Programs (OJP) Grant for Drug Court.

training in Nashville, TN, July 24-28, 2022. Total cost of travel is $2,441.86 to be paid for
