AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
2. Ballot Drop Box Property Use Agreement between Grant County and the Town of Krupp for the
installation, use and maintenance of an Elections Drop Box on Parcel No. 121280000. Term of
agreement expires December 31, 2032.
COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE
3. Approval of July 18, 2022, and July 25, 2022, Commissioners Minutes.
4. Reappointment of Jim Brakebill to the Grant County Board of Equalization for another 3 -year
term beginning September 23, 2022, through August 22, 2025.
5. Reappointment of Marj Steinmetz to the Grant County Board of Equalization for another 3 -year
term beginning September 23, 2022, through August 22, 2025.
6. New liquor license application for The Prickly Pair in Mattawa, WA from the Washington State
Liquor and Cannabis Board.
7. Service letter for Leslie Trachsler for her resignation from the Grant County LEOFF-1 Disability
Board.
8. Reimbursement request from HopeSource on the Department of Commerce Eviction Rent
Assistance Program (ERAP) 2.0 Grant No. 21-4619C-108 in the amount of $28,436.51 for August
2022 expenses.

11. Authorization to call for bids for 3 -NE Road Phase 3, CRP 21-03. Bid opening will be October 18,
2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Public Works.
RENEW
12. Interlocal agreement between Renew and the Royal School District regarding Counseling
services for the 2022-2023 school year. Term of agreement is June 20, 2022, through June 9,
2023.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
13. Request to surplus Jenny Barnett's ballistic vest and load barring vest to Hoquiam Police
Department in the amount of $800 due to lateral transfer.

14. Request to transfer the 3rd quarter Trial Court Improvement monies from the Law and Justice
Fund per SSB 5454. The amount is $16.,872.00.
15. Application from Chad and Michell Barrett for Resale of Tax Title property for Parcel No.
141739001 with the starting bid of $1,500.00. The Treasurer recommends approval of the offer.
