1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
2. Cash transfer request in the amount of $78.,476.40 from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)
Fiscal Recovery Fund #191.001.00.0000.597000010 to New Hope Fund
#128.167.00.0000.397000000 for the 2022 ARPA for January through August 2022

4. Appointment letter for Valli Millard to the Grant County LEOFF Disability Board. Term will be
September 27, 2022 through February 28, 2023.
5. Reappointment letter for Lorna Callahan to the Fair Advisory Committee for another 3 -year
term effective October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2025.
6. Resolution authorizing the execution of interagency agreement (interlocal agreement) between
Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts and Grant County Juvenile Court for the
Support of CASA Programs, interlocal signed by the board on August 11, 2022.
7. Agreement amending Washington State Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance
Program (ERAP) 2.0 Grant No. 21-4619C-108, subrecipient agreement between Grant County
and Housing Authority of Grant County signed the 2nd day of November, 2021 and amended
April 5, 2022. Amendment increases payable amount to the subrecipient by $466,181.00 for a
new total amount of $13,209,413.88.
8. Agreement amending Washington State Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance
Program (ERAP) 2.0 Grant No. 21-4619C-108, subrecipient agreement between Grant County
and Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) signed the 9t" day of November, 2021 and
Amended on May 3, 2022. Amendment increasing payable amount to the subrecipient by
$45,326.00 for a new total amount of $675,.861.53.
9. Resolution No. 22 -091 -CC in the matter of amending resolution No. 22 -062 -CC, reorganizing the
Grant County Board of Health and adding language regarding vacancies and absences (originally
signed August 2, 2022, this is a resolution number correction).
10. Resolution No. 22 -092 -CC in the matter of amending resolution No. 22 -091 -CC and reorganizing
the Grant County Board of Health: seat #8 for the American Indian Health Commission.
11. Fire District #14, Electric City request to purchase a new rapid attach brush truck and equipment
in the amount of $100,000.00 from their designated American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding.
12. Resolution authorizing the execution of the interlocal agreement between Grant County and the
City of Quincy for the provision of court services within the Municipal Department of the District
Court, interlocal signed by the board on August 09, 2022.
13. Letter of service for Hank Wiebefor his service on the Grant County Mosquito Control Board,
District #2.
14. Reimbursement No. 29, request No. 10 from Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on the
Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program (ERAP) 2.0 Grant No. 21-4619C-108
in the amount of $13.,529.82 for August 2022 expenses.

19. Amendment #17 to Beacon Facility Agreement with Beacon Health Options, Inc. The
amendment is effective July 1, 2022.
20. Agreement for Provision of Services By and Between Beacon Health Options, Inc. and Grant
County to reimburse for rental assistance, operations costs, and administrative costs.
Agreement term is July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
