DISTRICT COURT
14. Request to purchase a 2016 Ford Explorer from the Sheriff's office in the amount of $6,000.00 to
assist in the transportation of participants of the Community Court. Funds for this purchase will
come from Community Court Grand Fund 001.102.9047.512406003 in the amount of $3,000.00
and the Community Justice Counselor Grant Fund 001.102.00.9048.512406003 for the
remaining $3,000.00.
NFW HOPE
15. Authorization request for New Hope Director, Suzi Fode to DocuSign a Washington State
Department of Commerce Federal Interagency Agreement with the Office of Crime Victims
Advocacy Community Services Division, Grant No. F22-31103-040, in the amount of $33,178.00
to renew annual STOP grant for Violence Against Women. Term is January 1, 2023 through
December 31, 2023.
PUBLIC DEFENSE
16. 2023-24 Professional Services Agreement for legal representation of indigent individuals in the
juvenile division of Grant County Superior Court (juvenile offenders only) conflicts contractor
with Lyliane Couture, currently an employee with Larson, Fowles, PLLC, for a term of January 1,
2023, through December 31, 2024.
