FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF Tiro Hundred Eighty -Six Thousand, Six Hundred
Twenty -Three Dollars & 421100 ($286,623.42), receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, I hereby fully and forever release and discharge Cities Insurance
Association of Washington, Quincy Columbia Basin Irrigation District, their heirs,
administrators, executors, successors, and assigns, and all other persons, firms or
corporations, who are or might be liable, from property damage, including all costs and
attorney fees, from a canal breach which damaged Frenchman Hills Road from D -SW to
I SW on March 18, 2022.
The undersigned hereby accept said sum as a compromise and final settlement of
property damages.
The undersigned agree that in making this release, we rely on our own judgment, belief,
and knowledge and. not on representations or statements made by any of the persons
hereby released or anyone representing them.
The undersigned agree the payment of the above sum is not to be construed as an
admission of any liability whatsoever by or on behalf of the above-named parties, by
whom liability is expressly denied.
WE HAVE READ THE FOREGOING RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND IT.
