3. Chelan County Resolution No. 2022-114, Five County Joint Resolution regarding the re-
appointment of Trustee representing Chelan County to the North Central Regional Library Board
of Trustees. Resolution appoints Denise Sorom to another seven-year term to begin January 1,
2023.

4. Out of state travel request for Ana Rivera and Maria Hallatt to attend the 2023 National
Homeless Youth Summit in Washington, DC, March 1-4.,2023. Cost of travel is $3,556.51 and will
be funded through the Youth Homeless Grant.

5. Out of state travel request for Carrie Redding to attend the American Society of Addiction
Medicine (ASAM) 54th annual conference in National Harbor, MD, April 12-17, 2023. Cost of
travel is $3,481.35.
6. Out of state travel request for Alfredo Aguilar Robles to attend the CADCA 33rd Annual National
Leadership Forum in National Harbor, MD January 1, 2023 through February 3, 2023. Cost of
travel is $3,561.10.
7. Out of state travel request for Enrique Hernandez to attend the CADCA 33rd Annual National
Leadership Forum in National Harbor, MD January 1, 2023 through February 3, 2023. Cost of
travel is $3,561.10.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
8. Out of state travel request for Phillip Coats to attend the Jail and Prisoner Legal Issues Seminar
in Las Vegas, NV, January 22-27, 2023. Cost of travel is $2,725.50.
9. Out of state travel request for Derek Jay, Justin Grubb, and Josh Erickson to attend the Jail and
Prisoner Legal Issues Seminar in Las Vegas, NV, January 22-27, 2023. Cost of travel is $2,200.50
per traveler for a total cost of $6,601.50.
10. Out of state travel request for Katrina Ball to attend cell phone extraction training in Kellogg, ID,
January 8-13, 2023. Cost of travel is $4,661.00.
11. Interlocal Agreement #3-2022 Washington State Region 7 Emergency Management Council
Interlocal Agreement. Agreement between the counties of Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Kittitas,
Okanogan, and the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation for the purpose of joint
participation in Homeland Security and Emergency Management planning and preparedness
programs. Term of agreement is upon signature through the remainder of the calendar year, to
renew annually for 5 years unless terminated (December 2027).
