HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 22-112-CCBOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County, Washington RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION RESOLUTION No. 22- -CC NO. 22 -099 -CC NOTICE OF HEARING for VACATING a portion of unbuilt E.1 north of E.3, Cayuse Plat Section 25 T20N R27EV NI WHEREAS, Resolution No. 22 -099 -CC signed by the Board of County Commissioners on October 10, 2022, needs to be amended to change the date of the public hearing; and WHEREAS, Grant County, Washington, has reviewed a petition to vacate portions of certain County road and rights-of-way described as follows: Legal description: Grant County unbuilt right-of-way, E.1 north of E.3 cul-de-sac, Cayuse Plat Section 25 T20N R27EWM, Grant County, Washington, AS SHOWN on the Cayuse Major Plat lots 10, 11, and 16; and as shown on ATTACHED EXHIBIT A and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be given to vacating portions of certain County roads and rights-of-way and directs the County Road Engineer to prepare a report on the vacation and abandonment of said rights. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board of Commissioners set a Public Hearing on the report and other related matters on November 29tH, 2022 at 3:20 p.m. The public hearing will be held in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, Ephrata WA and is also providing access to this scheduled hearing via WebEx audio. To participate in the hearing please call in to the hearing at 1 (408) 418-9388 and enter the access code (2489 674 591 1), you will be joined to the meeting in a `muted' status until such time as the hearing allows for public testimony. If you have any questions about this procedure, please call the Commissioner's Office in advance of the hearing.
