Cantwell. The CBDL is requesting Congressionally Directed Funding for the Odessa Ground
Water Replacement Program as part of the Columbia Basin Project.
3. Thank you for your service letter to Richard Callahan, Noxious Weed Control Board.
4. Reimbursement #5, Request #4 on Washington State Department of Commerce Emergency
Solutions Grant #20-4613C-100, administered through the City of Moses Lake, in the amount of
$94,666.10.
5. Request authorization for the release of Strategic Infrastructure Program funding to the Port of
Moses Lake, SIP Project #2019-03 for their Sewer Extension to Grant County International
Airport Infield from Westside Employment Center, in the amount of $150,.000.00 grant.
1,,--6. Reimbursement #5, Request #5 for April 2021- Release of Funds on a Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG) Public Services grant from the subrecipient, OIC of Washington, for
Washington State Department of Commerce Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD) grant funds Contract No. 20-62210-005 in the amount of $27.,378.59 for use in Energy
Assistance.
7. Letter of support to Representative Alex Ybarra for the Quincy Adult Park to remove the
condominium designation from their plat title. This would need revisions to the Growth
Management Act.

expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
..�'°9. Authorization of Canvassing Board Representatives - Auditor's Staff, to act under authority given
in RCW 29A.60 for Dedra Osborn and Kaylyn Orozco to act as representatives for the County;
and for Maria Lugar and Karrie Stockton to handle the ballots through the mail room process for
the Primary Election to be held August 3, 2021.
X10. Designation of County Commissioner Cindy Carter to serve as the County Legislative Authority
on the Canvassing Board for the Primary Election to be held August 3, 2021.
v,. 11. Request to create a new fund #191 titled Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (LFRF) to track American
Rescue Plan Act COVID-19 funds. A budget extension is also being requested in the amount of
$9,491,745.00 for the first half of the funds to be received in 2021.

✓"12. Request to add a change order to the cattle chute project previously approved by the Board and
add three steel posts and panels. The amount is $2,705.00 including tax and REET funds are
being requested.
3. Request to purchase custom shade cloth tarps in the amount of $2,.450.00 plus tax for the cattle
barns from Inland Tarp and Liner. These are excess funds from the Horse Stall project.
x`14. Request to amend the surplus of horse stalls that was approved on May 18, 2021. Instead of
selling them on Facebook and Craigslist, they request to sell these panels to the Douglas County
Fairgrounds for the amount of $1.00.

,A16. Amendment 3 to the Washington State ealth Care Authority, Interagency Contract, for
Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative (CPWI) Prevention Services, through Grant
Integrated Services, Contract No. K3919. The amendment increases the contract by $9,837.00 to
a new total of $641,191.00.
;�17. Washington State Department of Social and Health Services Agreement on Data Security
Requirements, Contract No. 2163-91217. Term is February 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023.
