Request for reimbursable work between Grant County Public Works and Grand Coulee. Work to include;
seal coat Dill St, Jones St, Banks Ave. and provide pallets of crack seal. Work will be completed no later
than September 30, 2021 with a maximum reimbursable amount of $45,000. (Keith)
JJ�Authorization to purchase (6) flashing LED stop signs from Traffic Safety Supply in the amount of
10,918.02. Purchase will be made through DES contract No. 04616. (Keith)
UAuthorization to Purchase Equipment Parts and Repair for 4000 Series Street Sweeper, equipment #2504 for
Road District #2. Total cost for parts is $12,313.44 from Western Systems. Public Works has a credit with
Western Systems in the amount of $8,808.68 that will be deducted from the overall price leaving the total
