1. Request to the County Road Department for Reimbursable Work with the City of Grand Coulee
for the seal coat Dill St, Jones St, Banks Ave. and provide pallets of crack seal. Work will be
completed no later than September 30, 2021 with a maximum reimbursable amount of $45,,000.
2. Request to purchase (6) flashing LED stop signs from Traffic Safety Supply in the amount of
$10,918.02. Purchase will be made through a Washington State Department of Enterprise
Services Contract No. 04616.
3. Request to Purchase Equipment Parts and Repair fora 4000 Series Street Sweeper, equipment
#2504 for Road District #2. Total cost for parts is $12.,313.44 from Western Systems. Public
Works has a credit with Western Systems in the amount of -$8,808.68 that will be deducted
from the overall price leaving the total balance owing $3,504.76.
4. Resolution Notice of Hearing in the matter of declaring certain County owned property surplus
and ordering the sale thereof. Hearing to take place July 12, 2021 at 1:30 PM.
5. Request to purchase:
• (3) Lenovo ThinkPad T15 Laptops at $1,968.13 per unit (pre-tax) through state CDW
Contract #MNWNC-117 05815-007.
• (3) Lenovo ThinkCentre M90q Tinys at $1,.260.03 per unit (pre-tax) through state CDW
Contract #MNWNC-117 05815-007.
Total 2021 computer scheduled replacement cost is $9,684.48 pre-tax.

COMMISSIONERS OFFICE
1. Commissioners Office and Public Defense Vouchers for approval.
2. Held from the June 15, 2021 Consent Agenda: Decision on the County Insurance Representative
for the Washington Rural County Insurance Pool (WRCIP) policy.
3. Agreement amending Washington State COVID-19 Outbreak Emergency Housing Grant No. 316-
46108-10 subrecipient agreement between Grant County and the City of Moses Lake dated July
14, 2020 and amended October 20, 2020. The amendment increases the compensation by
$170.,000.00 for a new total not to exceed $365.,845.00 and extends the end date to June 20,
2021.
4. Agreement amending Washington State COVID-19 Outbreak Emergency Housing Grant No. 316-
46108-10 subrecipient agreement between Grant County and the Grant County Health District
dated July 14, 2020 and amended October 20, 2020. The amendment decreases the
compensation by $170,000.00 for a new total not to exceed $22,617.00 and extends the end
date to June 20, 2021.

5. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
6. 2021-23 Biennium Contract No. K2211 between the Washington State Conservation Commission
and Grant County for Voluntary Stewardship Program Implementation to provide funding to the
county for the implementation of the work plan as required for the VSP consistent with RCW
36.70A.700-760 and related statutes.
7. Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between Grant County and the Grant County
Conservation District for the Voluntary Stewardship Program for joint cooperative action on
item 7 above.
PUBLIC DEFENSE
8. 2020-2021 Professional Services agreement, Conflict and Overflow Investigator, with Rachel Bos
known as Bos Investigations. Term is upon execution through December 31, 2021.
