This Change No. 6 to Amendment Eight adds scope and budget and extends the schedule, as summarized in the attached Scope of Work and Budget Summary (Exhibit A). Amendment Eight is extended through November 30, 2022. The Amendment Eight budget of $1,305,064, as previously amended, is increased by $159,823. The new Amendment Eight budget is $1,464,887. Amendment Eight took effect on August 31, 2019, to provide engineering services and support for additional remedial investigation (RI; Phase 1) and develop the workplan for additional pilot testing of remedial alternatives (Phase 2 Workplan). Scope and budget have been added and the schedule extended through four prior changes: • Change No. 1 added to the scope, added $387,970 to the budget, extended the schedule through May 28, 2021, and temporarily reduced Parametrix's labor multiplier. • Change No. 2 extended services, added $75,000 to the budget, and extended the schedule through July 30, 2021. • Change No. 3 extended services, added $85,000 to the budget, and extended the schedule through December 31, 2021, including two minor schedule extensions. • Change No. 4 extended services, added $80,000 to the budget, and extended the schedule through April 30, 2022, including one minor schedule extension. • Change No. 5 extended services, added $80,000 to the budget, and extended the schedule through September 30, 2022, including one minor schedule extension. Change No. 6 is needed to cover scope and costs to develop the FS completion letter due to Ecology on October 31, including budget for response to Ecology's comments during November. Change No. 6 excludes dispute resolution services, which, if needed, will be provided under a separate agreement.
