Reimbursement #7, Request #7 for June 2021- Release of Funds on a Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG) Public Services grant from the subrecipient, OIC of Washington, for
Washington State Department of Commerce Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD) grant funds Contract No. 20-62210-005 in the amount of $10,561.87 for use in Energy
Assistance.
AUDITOR'S OFFICE
�3. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
,/4. Authorization of Canvassing Board Representatives - Auditor's Staff, to act under authority given
in RCW 29A.60 for Dedra Osborn, Kaylyn Orozco, and Aleanah Lopez to act as representatives
for the County; and for Maria Lugar and Karrie Stockton to handle the ballots through the mail
room process for the General Election to be held November 21 2021.
5. Designation of County Commissioner Cindy Carter to serve as the County Legislative Authority
on the Canvassing Board for the General Election to be held November 2, 2021.

Purchase Order No. 374 in the amount of $8,466.04 to Ednetics FPR 2110 and Catalyst Core
Network Upgrade for Development Services.
PUBLIC WORKS
(-17. Request to purchase 1 -waste oil unit from North Star Clean Concepts in the amount of
$12,758.45 (not incl tax) to provide heat for their Central Shop.
Recommendation to keep the Mattawa Drop Box open and not close it, as was previously
recommended by the Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC).
�-9. Request to purchase parts for a drive motor on a Bomag BW11RH rubber tire roller, from
Sonsray Machinery in the amount of $7,700.74 (incl tax).
,�10. Local Agency Agreement for the Westshore Drive overlay/sidewalk project (Fairway Drive to .25
South of 4 -NE) for the reconstruction of an existing BST roadway and replace it with an HMA
surface, curbs, gutters, and related work.

Prevention and Education Program, as funded by the Washington State Department of Health.
