The Grantor, Grant County, WA acting through its Board of County Commissioners, a
government agency, recognizes the value of providing access to the public, and hereby
establishes a public road easement for access purposes over, across, under, and through
Grant County parcel 150979001; and, conveys to the Public, a perpetual right of way and
easement for access over and across the following described real estate, in entirety; while
following the existing road path wherever possible, and situated in the State of Washington,
County of Grant:
Legal Description: POR E1/2 13 17 24 A strip of land for an access road to Quarry Site, said
strip of land lying in the East half of Section 13, Township 17 North, Range 24 East W.M.
Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 13; thence South 00°09'10" East along
the East Section line, a distance of 630.22 feet to a point on the Easterly right of way line of
the Adams Road; thence in a Northwesterly direction along said Easterly right of way line,
which right of way line through this area is described as being on the arc of a curve whose
radius is 995.00 feet through a central angle of 17°17'58" for an arc distance of 300.42 feet;
thence North 14042'26" East, for a distance of 491.89 feet to a point on the East line of said
Section 13; thence South 00012'16" East along the East Section line for a distance of 116.58
feet to the East quarter corner the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 1.03 acres
And as shown on the attached Easement Exhibit
