HopeSource in the amount of $56,294.32

Assistance Program (T -RAP) Grant #21-4616C-108, Reimbursement #10, Request #3 from OIC of
Washington in the amount of $95,339.93.

year term beginning July 18, 2021, through July 17, 2024.
X10. Reappointment of Gary Bracht to the Grant County Veterans Advisory Board, in one of three of
the "At -Large" positions for another 4 -year term beginning August 16, 2021, through August 15,
2025.

X11. Request for an hourly increase for the "On -Call" positions within Central Services from
$13.69/hour to $16.00/hour.
GRANT INTEGRATED SERVICES
Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services' for

13. American Rescue Plan (ARP) Funding Application from New Hope and Kids Hope with a total
� request of $1,133,677 for the next 5 -5 -years.
PUBLIC DEFENSE
14. Application for a pro rata share of the State Public Defense Funding for Calendar Year 2022 to
the Washington State Office of Public Defense in accordance with RCW 10.101.050.

,,,..-15. Request to approve Amendment 16 with Pacific Groundwater Group, Inc. in the amount of
$546,591 for the project scope that includes the Ephrata Landfill Remediation Investigation,
Feasibility Study, and the Clean Up Action Plan. The agreement is with the Department of
Ecology Agreement No. TCPRA-1921-GrCoPW-0052. The expiration date has been extended
through June 2023.
16. Access Easement over/through/across for Parcel #15-0979-001 for the Public for Tax (POR E1/2
13 17 24) a perpetual right of way and easement for access purpose.

Assistance Fund, and Juvenile Court / Youth Services Budget Extensions
• Veteran Assistance Fund in the amount of $75,000.00 due to the high volume of Veteran
Assistance Claims being filed. Funding will be transferred from the VAB Reserve Fund (104.146).
• Facilities and maintenance request in the amount of $39,527.17 for Juvenile Court and Youth
Services- Moses Lake exterior project (FM2111 in the amount of $56,769.08) and the Health
District Part 2 exterior project (FM2112 in the amount of $72,953.20) utilizing $45,000 from the
water heater project and using REET funds.
• Juvenile Court and Youth Services in the amount of $46,381.00 to receive a Washington State
Department of Commerce VOCA grant funds no. F19-31219-456 for wages and salaries.
