referrals and services to identified service recipients. Term is August 3, 2021 until terminated by
either party.

The proposed ordinance will add WATV use along certain Grant County Roads within Cascade

23.04 titled "Rural Freeway Commercial Zoning
Hearing to consider proposed amendments to Grant County Code Chapter 23.04.520. At their
regularly scheduled public hearing on August 4, 2021, the Grant County Planning Commission
conducted an open record public hearing to consider amendments to Grant County Code
Chapter 23.04.520 that will allow an increased structure size on certain properties in the Rural
Freeway Commercial Zone. The Planning Commission unanimously recommends approval of
the proposed code amendment.
