6. Budget extension request in the amount of $250,000.00 to revenue fund 001.000 and expense
fund 001.112. This is for the MUSCO Lighting project at the fairgrounds that was approved in
the Capital Budget 132.178.
7. Contract with PerkinsCoie for the retainage of legal services specific to construction law,
contracts, and public works projects valued at over ten million dollars. This contract helps the
County achieve a designation allowing the General Contractor/Construction Manager (at risk)
delivery process for large public works projects.
