14. Amendment A to Washington State Department of Commerce Grant No. F19-31219-456

Child Abuse and Neglect Initiative. Grant amount is $74,992.00 with a term of July 1, 2021
through June 30, 2022. The amendment reduces the match requirement on this grant.

5. Resolution notice of hearing to consider an ordinance modifying Ch. 11.34 of the Grant County
Code titled Operation of Golf Carts allowing the use of Golf Carts upon certain county roads.
Specifically, upon Moore Road and Blue Lake Roads. Public Hearing will be scheduled for July 5,
2022 at 3:15 p.m.
1 . Washington State Department of Transportation Local Agency Agreement for the Dodson Rd

Request for staff to attend a Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training from July 19-21, 2022 in
Spokane, WA. The cost is $5,284.00 per person.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
1. Request to surplus a Glock 22 duty pistol (Asset# 105185) used by Sheriff Tom Jones.
Guardian RFID System Agreement i Leased Services for inmate management, monitoring, and
tracking.
Agreement with Nicole Avila -Parker ARNP, FPMHNP, LLC to provide psychiatric consulting
services including evaluation, medication management and therapy. Term is for one year after
signature.
