AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and

2. Authorization of Canvassing Board Representatives -Auditor's Staff, to act under
authority given in RCW 29A.60 for Dedra Osborn, Kaylyn Orozco, and Aleanah Lopez to
act as representatives for the County; and for Alana DeGooyer, Sally Goodwin, Karrie
Stockton and Sherri Housknecht to handle the ballots through the mail room process for
the Primary Election to be held on August 2, 2022.
3. Designation of County Commissioner Danny Stone to serve as the County Legislative
Authority on the Canvassing Board for the Primary Election to be held on August 2,

17. Hartline Police Protection and Law Enforcement Services Agreement with the Town of
Hartline to provide police protection and law enforcement within the corporate limits of
Hartline. The amount is $3,000.00 per year with a one-year term ending on May 31,
2023.
18. Out of state travel request for Matt Klein to attend Advanced Training for a Planning
Sect. Chif in an All -Hazards ICA response from June 27 — 30, 2022 in Portland, OR.
19. Out of state travel requests for Michael Yashchuk and Andy Rolfe to travel to Evanston,

20. Budget extension in the amount of $10,779.61 using Bob Feil Boats and Motors for
emergent repairs of their Lifeproof Boat. Funding will come from VFR funds from a
Washington State Parks and Rec grant.

Grant County Code titled Wheeled All -Terrain Vehicles (WANs) adding
Desert Aire Roads
The amendment would add a subsection to Ch. 11.36 adding Desert Aire roads within their Plat.
Full context of the ordinance can be requested by contacting the Commissioner's office,
including a list of road names and mileposts.

Regulations (continued from 4/26/22)
To consider an amendment made by the Grant County Commissioners to Unified Development
Code Amendment to Chapters 23.04, 23.08, 25.02 (File# P 22-0055) relating to solar energy
project development regulations at their previous public hearing that was held April 26, 2022.
The proposed amendment would add language to the Development Agreement for a disposal
plan of any damaged or decommissioned components. Any interested persons may appear
regarding these matters.
