The lower unit was damaged when it struck a pile of rocks on Moses Lake and needs to be replaced ($9,387.58). Labor, shop supplies and diagnosis ($565.89) makes the total price $10,779.61 which includes $826.14 in state taxes. This vessel is mission critical for patrolling the waterways of Grant County and we are approaching our busy time of the year. We will begetting the boat repaired at Bob Feil Boats &Motors in East Wenatchee as soon as possible. We plan to use VFR funds from Washington State Parks and Rec grant to pay for the repair.
