SUBRECPIENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN GRANT COUNTY AND HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF GRANT COUNTY SIGNED THE 20TH DAY OF JULY, 2021
Section 5, Compensation is hereby amended as follows:
The maximurn total amount payable by the COUNTY to the SUBRECIPIENTshall be increased
by $120,060.00 for a total of $1,308,455.00, per attached Amendment B, including budget, to
contract #22-46108-08.
All other provisions of the original agreement or any modifications to the original agreement
