The store at that time was 5,000 square ft. No hard alcohol. When the store was rebuilt it was built to 10,000 square ft. They added hard alcohol sales, and the store does about $220k a month in inside sales and about 100k gallons a month in fuel sales. A simple breakdown would come down to the following 2 scenarios: A 6,000 Sq.Ft Store, with hot food services,, 6-8 dispensers under the main fuel island. 3 main high flow diesel and 3 satellite diesel pumps under the truck canopy, no hard alcohol. The fuel sales will be around 100-120k gal- lons a month. 100k gallons of diesel a month, and $150-$180k in inside sales a month. A 12,000 Sq. Ft Store, with hot food services, same fuel and diesel layout but with hard alcohol in that area. The fuel sales will be closer to 120-140k gallons a month, 100-120k gallons of diesel a month, and $200-$240k in in- side sales a month.
