We requested and received approval for a new paging system from Ednetics in October 2021. That
quote was for $22,411.29 and was an expired quote. Attached is an updated quote for the paging
system for our Moses Lake office. The new quote is for $25,069.05 and will be paid for from account
594.64.6400 (Capital). Two line -item transfers were completed moving $15,000 from 564.00.4917
(Seminars, Schools, Workshops) and $10,000 from 564.00.4902 (DUES -Subscriptions) into
594.64.6400 (Capital).
Our Moses Lake facility is 30,000+ square feet and we currently do not have a way to make
announcements, emergency notifications or summon assistance throughout the building. The addition
of the paging system will increase the level of safety for clients, staff and visitors.
