This existing system has recently started giving the division problems. Since the existing system is old and obsolete, getting replacement parts for it has become more difficult. When this happens, the division must order signs from another vendor and the process tabes a couple of months to get the signs in. It is for the above listed factors; it would be in the County's best interest to replace the existing system with a new one. After completed our research, the new system can be purchased from . ITSUPPLIES for $40,732.11. (sales tax included). The purchase will come out of County Roads Fund (101). Since this is not included in the 2022 County Roads Budget under Capital Expense line item, a Budget Transfer will be submitted to the Accounting Department.
