Vasquez, Clerk of the Board Sam Castro, Public Works Director Sam Dart, Assistant Public Works Director Public: See sign in sheet The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider Property Surplus located in Quincy (Parcel Nos. 040017000, 040018000, 040019000, 040020000) for sale to the City of Quincy and setting assessed value as minimum. Sam Castro, Public Works Director gave a brief synopsis of the surplus and the intent to sell the property to the City of Quincy for the amount of $84,000.00. A motion was made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to close the public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone to approve the surplus as presented. The motion passed unanimously.
