Authorization to accept Exhibit A—Amendment Twenty -Four, Ephrata Landfill FY 2021 Engineering and Environmental Services from Parametrix, Inc. for Phase 6 tasks. (Approved) 14. Request to declare surplus of County -Owned property and ordering the sale thereof. Items are 2 -Western Star Dump Trucks to sell to Ferry County Public Works through an Interlocal Agreement. (Approved) 3:00 p.m. — 3:10 p.m. Open Record Public Hearing, Ordinance Amending Ch. 11.32 of the GCC titled "No Parking Area" (N and S Grandview Cul -de -Sacs) The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance amending Ch. 11.32 of the Grant County Code titled "No Parking Areas" to add two cul-de-sacs located west of State Route 17 and north of the City of Moses Lake (Grandview North and Grandview South). Sam Dart, Assistant Public Works Director discussed the proposed ordinance. A motion was made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to close the public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously.
