subrecipient agreement with the City of Moses Lake on Washington State Department of
Commerce Contract No. 21-461OC-104 in the amount of $185,,461.00. Term is August 1, 2021 -
June 30, 2023.
8. Reimbursement #171 request #6 from Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on the
Treasury Rent Assistance Program (T -RAP) Grant from the Washington State Department of
Commerce No. 21-4616C-108 in the amount of $1,500.00.
9. Agreement amending Community Services and House Division, Housing Assistance Unit,
Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG),, Subrecipi.ent agreement with the City of Moses Lake (signed
November 16, 2020). This amendment to Contract No. 20-4613C-100 decreases subrecipient
budget by $185,460.63 for a new total of $1,273,307.37.
10. Amendment Cto Washington State Department of Commerce, Community Services and
Housing Division, Housing Assistance Unit, Emergency Solutions Grant- COVID 19 Contract No.
20-4613C-100. This amendment adjusts spending amongst categories.
11. Reimbursement #19, request #6 from HopeSource on the Treasury Rent Assistance Program (T-
RAP) Grant No. 21-4616C-108, in the amount of $1.,500.00.
12. Washington State Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program 2.0 (ERAP 2.0),
subrecipient agreement with the Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on Contract No.
21-4619C-108 in the amount of $540,725.00 with a term of October 1, 2021, through June 30,
2023.

Grant, Well No. 3 Generator Project, SIP No. 2019-04 to a new date of December 31, 2022.
15. A19 for the Administrative Office of the Courts for reimbursements relating to Interagency
Reimbursement Agreement IAA22169, State v Blake. The amount is $2,673.99 to reimburse the
Prosecuting Attorney's Office for expenses.
CENTRAL SERVICES
16. Request to pay retainage for the Ag building project to Stan's Construction in the amount of
$4,499.05 with the remaining funds from the MUSCO lighting project this year which'is
$69.,383.08. This would leave a balance of $64,884.03 that we will be asking Accounting to carry
over into 2022 to be applied to the next MUSCO lighting project.
FAIRGROUNDS
.k117. Request for out of state travel for Rebecca Martinez and Darci Homesley to attend the Fair Entry
Training on February 23-24, 2022, in Las Vegas, NV.
PHRLIC WORKS
18. Request to purchase 545 Tons of Meltdown Inhibited liquid road deicer in the amount of
$98.,508.75, excluding sales tax and fuel surcharges, from EnviroTech Inc. Purchases will be
made through Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract No. 02714.

19. Request to purchase equipment parts and repair for Public Works, Road District #2 Chevrolet
Silverado 1500, equipment #2211. Work will be performed by Bud Clary Chevrolet in Moses
Lake, WA. Estimated cost of parts and labor is $5,,947.00.

20. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by renew, Prevention and
Recovery Center (PARC), during August 2021, in the amount of $10,156.11 on Washington State
Health Care Authority Contract No. K3919.
21. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by renew, Prevention and
Recovery Center (PARC), during September 2021, in the amount of $8,321.39 on Washington
State Health Care Authority Contract No. K3919.
22. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by renew, Prevention and
Recovery Center (PARC), during September 2021, in the amount of $10,507.05 on Washington
State Health Care Authority Contract No. K5536.
23. Memorandum of Understanding between Coordinated Care of Washington, Inc. and Grant
Integrated Services (renew) for the purpose of formalizing the payment to Provider 2021
Behavioral Health Enhancement Fund dollars in the amount of $120,00.00.
24. Amendment #14 to Beacon Facility Agreement with Beacon Health Options, Inc. for crisis
services in our region. The amendment is effective July 1, 2021 to numerous parts of the
agreement.

Public hearing to consider an amendment to the Capital Facilities Plan Appendices and a
concurrent budget amendment/extension for the acquisition of certain real property. The
properties total approximately 86.90 acres and include APNs 16-0866-002, 16-0866-003, and 16-
0853-000. The subject properties are located just outside of Ephrata at the corner of Road B.3
NW and SR 282 West. The total purchase price for all three properties is $785,000.00 plus
associated closing and filing fees (if any).
