2. Request for revised policy on youth rates to utilize fairground facilities. Proposed is that
all youth programs use the Fairgrounds facility free of charged based on availability and
not impede programs that are paying to rent the facility.
3. Request to proceed with the installation of new 16 -stall shed row in the amount of
$1071771.53 including tax from the only qualified bidder, Stan's Construction. This
project will be funded from the Capital Budget 132.178.00.9116.5947256210. If
approved, a contract with Stan's Construction will be signed.
,.,14. Request to purchase arena lighting from lowest priced vendor, Plat Electrical Supply, in
the amount of $22,593.85. This project will be funded from Facilities and Maintenance
Capital Project 132.178.00.9112.594186210 REET 2.
t� 5. Request to purchase new Bobcat Skid Steer Loader from Clark Equipment Co, in the
amount of $52,031.17. The total amount is over the approved capital account budget so
the remaining $2,031.17 will be paid from the fairground's equipment budget line 6400.

20. Authorization to call for bids for 2022 Crushing and Stockpiling. Bid opening will be
March 8, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Public Works.

for Grant County Road, Bridge, and Public Works projects. Anticipated term begin date
is April 4, 2022 through April 5, 2025.
22. Authorization to accept Amendment Twenty -Five with Paramatrix for the FY 2022
Ephrata Landfill Engineering and Environment Services. Amendment increases the scope
of work and budget to include additional tasks.
